We all know that charts are not the same wherever you go, which is why this week’s Off The Chart is perusing the Record Business Top 100 singles chart from this week in 1982! As usual that gives us a chance to play some records that didn’t make it into the Official Chart as part of the regular two hours of obscure, forgotten and neglected hits, plus three new entries from the album chart, a look at the day’s news, some TV and radio highlights, the gig guide, a hit from the Dutch chart and the top five in full to round things off.
